Myers Investment Group is an investment management company that provides investment opportunities backed by residential and commercial real estate. We specialize in offering passive mortgage investment opportunities for capital investors and arranging private money mortgages for real estate purchases and refinances. We possess years of combined private money, consumer and commercial lending, and real estate experience.

Myers Investment Group is an affiliate of Myers Capital Hawaii, LLC, an award -winning, privately-owned residential and commercial mortgage banking company. We provide mortgage lending and real estate advisory services in 48 states, helping consumers and investors throughout the country.

Myers Capital offers a wide range of mortgage loans at competitive rates and terms, including conventional, government, jumbo and specialized investment property financing. We have closed more than $1.5 billion on loans and helped thousands of clients with their real estate lending needs. Family owned and operated since 1998, Myers Capital’s corporate office is in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Reed Myers
Principal
Myers Investment Group

Reed is Principal of Myers Investment Group. He oversees all aspects of the company’s assets, investment decisions, operations, communications, and regulatory compliance. Reed manages passive mortgage investment opportunities for capital investors to earn above-market, risk-adjusted returns with lower volatility than stocks. He also originates and arranges private money mortgages for real estate purchases and refinances.

Reed worked as an investment analyst for a commercial real estate investment fund on the East Coast, where he was involved with a myriad of real estate projects including horizontal land and air rights development, retail repositioning, and business acquisitions. He has more than 17 years of combined experience in residential and commercial lending and real estate investing.

Reed is also Principal of affiliate Myers Capital Hawaii, LLC, an award-winning, privately-owned residential and commercial mortgage banking company based in downtown Honolulu. As a second generation family business owner, Reed is personally involved in over $1.5 billion in loan originations, helping thousands of clients throughout the country. He holds active mortgage loan origination licenses in Hawaii and multiple states. He is also an experienced real estate investor throughout Hawaii and the mainland.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Reed attended Hanahau‘oli School prior to moving to the mainland. He graduated cum lade with a bachelor of science degree, double majoring in both International Business and Management, from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Reed is active with Habitat for Humanity, Pacific Club, Mortgage Bankers Association, Honolulu/Metro Rotary, and Hawaii Angels.
